1.Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, browsing, or using any service provided by phwing (the "Platform," accessible at phwing.cam), you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on phwing from time to time. • You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;
• Your use of phwing does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.

phwing reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals arising from fraudulent misrepresentation.

4.Account Registration

To access Real Money Games on phwing, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. All information provided must match your government-issued identification documents.

You agree and acknowledge that:

• You may only register and maintain one (1) account on phwing. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension;

5.Account Security

You agree to:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an additional layer of security to your account;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or phwing customer support representatives;
• Log out of your phwing account when using shared or public devices;

phwing will never contact you via unsolicited communications requesting your password or sensitive account information. Any such communications should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phwing immediately.

6.Deposits

All deposits to your phwing account must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. phwing does not accept third-party deposits. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from legitimate sources and are not connected to any criminal activity or money laundering.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (Philippine Peso) for GCash and Maya; ₱200 for bank transfers. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Any foreign currency conversion fees are the player's responsibility.
• Processing Time: GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard.

7.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your phwing account are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Players must complete full KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests suspended pending identity verification;
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Specific minimums may vary by payment method;

8.Bonuses & Promotions

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity including providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility;
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or access phwing if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by underage individuals;
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one phwing account, whether individually or in coordination with others;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or live dealer tables;
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to play games or exploit phwing's systems;

12.Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or associated with phwing ("Content") are the exclusive property of phwing or its licensors and are protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in the Content other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use phwing for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any phwing Content without prior written consent. 13.Limitation of Liability

phwing's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your phwing account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms shall limit phwing's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

14.Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of phwing, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. phwing aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receipt of a formal complaint. Our support team is available 24/7 in English and Tagalog.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, disputes relating to phwing's services may be escalated to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. phwing fully cooperates with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures and abides by its determinations.

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using phwing, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through alternative means.

15.Amendments

phwing reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phwing will provide notice by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where feasible, by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number. Your continued use of phwing following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using phwing and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance.

16.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including without limitation the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (as amended) governing PAGCOR, Republic Act No. 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and all applicable regulations promulgated thereunder. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
